About CMSH
Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) is a private, level I hospital located in Cauayan City, Isabela. The hospital offers a wide range of medical services, including general surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics-gynecology, orthopedics, and emergency medicine. The hospital also has a dedicated intensive care unit (ICU) and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Furthermore, CMSH is accredited by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and is a member of the Philippine Hospital Association (PHA) and the Isabela Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI). These memberships allow CMSH to participate in industry initiatives and events, and to network with other healthcare providers in the region.

Operation Tuli
On June 22, 2024, CMSH, in collaboration with the Local Government of San Manuel, Isabela, successfully held Operation Tuli at the San Manuel Community Center.
This initiative provided free circumcision services to young boys in the community, promoting hygiene and health. The event was well-received, with local officials, healthcare professionals, and volunteers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Bagong Emergency Room ng CMSH, pinasinayaan na
Pinasinayaan at pinagpala ngayong Lunes, Hulyo 28, 2025, ang bagong Emergency Room (ER) ng Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) sa isang maikling seremonya na pinangunahan ni Father Ian Kenneth Mamauag at dinaluhan ng mga miyembro ng Board of Directors ng ospital at ng mga empleyado nito.
Layunin ng bagong ER na mas mapalawak ang serbisyo ng ospital at matugunan ang lumalaking bilang ng mga pasyenteng nangangailangan ng agarang medikal na atensyon. Inaasahan din na mas magiging mabilis at maayos ang pagtugon sa pangangailangan ng mga pasyente.
Ang bagong pasilidad ay magsisimulang mag-operate sa darating na Hulyo 30, 2025.
Nagpasalamat ang pamunuan ng ospital sa suporta ng lokal na pamahalaan at sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng proyekto. Ang pagpapalawak ng ER ay bahagi ng patuloy na inisyatibo ng ospital upang mapabuti ang kalidad ng serbisyong medikal sa buong lungsod ng Cauayan at mga karatig-bayan.
